Meet John
During John’s career, he has engaged with many organizations and individuals in a variety of leadership roles including board, committee, executive, chief business and financial officer, controller, faculty, practitioner serving clients, and volunteer.

Since 2014, John has engaged with businesses, individuals, and nonprofits as an executive coach, leadership consultant, and speaker.

In 2014, he began offering seminars on business and leadership.

John is a fulltime faculty member in the Doermer School of Business at Purdue University Fort Wayne. Since 2011, he has served on College of Business faculty with 5 universities.

Active in business and the community, John resides in his hometown of Fort Wayne with his wife, Carrie, a CPA director and shareholder of Dulin, Ward & DeWald (DWD CPAs and Advisors).

With a multidisciplinary approach, he firmly believes in lifelong learning. John adds both breadth and depth to engagements.
